This is a Temporary Rider (the “Rider”) to the Interconn ection Agreement by and between SBC Missouri, (“SBC” or “SBC ILEC”) and AT&T Communications of the Southwest (“AT&T”) (collectively referred to as “the P arties”) (“Agreement”) contemporaneously entered into by and between the Parties pursuant to Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the “Act”).
