St. Mary of the Woods (referred to herein as “Scrip Program”) sponsors a scrip program which allows you to purchase scrip (gift cards). The scrip you purchase through the Scrip Program generates rebates from the participating retailers. These rebates can be used as a credit to your St. Mary of the Woods School or Trinity High School tuition account, and/or a gift to the school. The parties agree as follows:
