This AGREEMENT, made this day of 2024 (this “Agreement”), is by and between the City of Maple Grove, (hereinafter "CITY"), and Interstate Companies (hereinafter called “INTERSTATE"). This AGREEMENT governs snow plowing, snow shoveling, and ice control (“SERVICES’). The parties hereby agree:
