This document sets out the terms and conditions of supply, applicable to all Call off Contracts under LASER Framework reference Y22013. It sets the obligations of the Retailer and Participating Authority and forms part of the overall Call Off Contract and Order. Any variation to the Call Off Contract and Order will be carried out in line with Clause 19 Variation Procedures and will be copied to the Contracting Authority.
