This Network Integration Transmission Service Agreement ("Service Agreement") is entered into this 1th day of January, 2011, by and between Westar Energy, Inc. and their subsidiary, Kansas Gas & Electric ("Network Customer"), and Southwest Power Pool, Inc. ("Transmission Provider"). The Network Customer and Transmission Provider shall be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as "Parties."
