The RYOBI PRODUCT will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the usable life of the original product (the “Warranty Period”). If the RYOBI PRODUCT fails to conform to the Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, One World Technologies, Inc. (“One World”), will, at its sole discretion, accept the return of the product and either repair or replace the RYOBI PRODUCT. If the RYOBI PRODUCT is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value, at One World, sole discretion. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty. This Limited Warranty will not apply to any repaired product. This Limited Warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser to subsequent owners, and the Warranty Period will not be extended in duration or expanded in coverage for any such transfer.
