This Specialized Retirement Incentive Program Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the last date written below, by and between _ (“Faculty Member”) and Iowa State University of Science and Technology (“University”) on behalf of itself, the Board of Regents, State of Iowa (“the Board of Regents”), and the State of Iowa, and their current and former successors, assigns, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (the University, the Board of Regents, and the State of Iowa collectively referred to herein as the “Released Parties” and all parties to this Agreement collectively referred to herein as “the Parties”). In consideration of the mutual promises and benefits of this Agreement, the Parties agree to the following terms and conditions under which the Faculty Member will receive the retirement incentive option detailed below.
