This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), including the attached Exhibit “A,” is entered into between the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino, a Mescalero Apache Tribal enterprise, having offices at 287 Carrizo Canyon Road, Mescalero, New Mexico 88340 (“Employer”), and Karen Braswell, an individual currently residing at P.O. Box 7924, Ruidoso, New Mexico 88345 (“Employee”), to be effective as of August 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”).

Parrish, an individual currently residing at 125 Mira Monte Road, P.O. Box 2072, Alto, New Mexico 88312 (“Employee”), to be effective as of September 12, 2005 (the “Effective Date”).
