This collective bargaining agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Enosburgh-Richford UUSD, Northern Mountain Valley UUSD, and Franklin Northeast Supervisory Union Boards of School Directors, hereinafter called the “Board,” and the Cold Hollow Education Association, hereinafter called the “Union” or “Association.”
