The Company does hereby recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all Dependent Contractors contracted by the Company at all Company operations, and for those Employees who are members of the bargaining unit as set out in Article save and except supervisors, those above the rank of supervisor, office staff, sales dispatcher and tracer.
