My abstract, presentation and supporting materials will be added to the AOCS permanent meeting record and may be made available as early as September 1, 2021. My abstract will be published in its entirety as part of the 2021 Plant Protein Science and Technology Forum collection of abstracts and as part of the permanent meeting record. Presenters within the 2021 Plant Protein Science and Technology Forum may receive a citable DOI.
