This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the City of Fountain Valley and the Orange County Employees’ Association as the Exclusively Recognized Employee Organization for the Professional/Technical Unit for the period beginning August 16, 2017 through August 15, 2020. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective the beginning of the pay period following City Council approval.
