In the provision of SingTel’s Facilities and engineering support for the Interconnect Testing and the eventual connection to SingTel Network, the Requesting Licensee shall pay SingTel the Application Charges for requesting Interconnection Testing and the testing Charges based on the testing duration inclusive of any extension period, as set out below.
