THIS COST PLUS FIXED FEE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 3rd day of May, 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF ELLENSBURG, a non- charter code city of the State of Washington (hereinafter called the “CITY”) and ALSC Architects, a Corporation authorized to do business in the state of Washington (hereinafter called the “CONSULTANT”).
