THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into this 1st day of January 2020, by and between the Town of Dillon, a Colorado municipal corporation ("Town") and the Board of County Commissioners of Summit County, Colorado ("County"), a political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The Town and County shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
