This Coin Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of May 22, 2019 by and among Swapblocks, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Swapblocks” or the “Company”) and the purchasers listed on Exhibit A attached to this Agreement (each a “Purchaser” and collectively the “Purchasers”), pursuant to which each Purchaser will acquire cryptocurrency coins distributed on the proprietary Swapblocks blockchain (the “Coins”).
