The purpose of this Contract is to acquire one (1) or more full-time Senior Project Manager(s) and one (1) or more full-time Business Solutions Analyst(s) to perform IT Consulting services for the COVID-19 Federal Stimulus projects. The Contractor will augment the EDD’s team performing Project Management (PM) and Business Solutions Analyst duties to manage all aspects of the project efforts, act as an advisor to the EDD’s management team in matters related to the project, and lead Project teams consisting of various technical and business subject matter experts (SMEs). The PM services are required to develop and maintain an effective collaboration between the EDD’s Project team, management, vendor, program, and technical staff to ensure that overall project objectives are met.
