This Convention Center Operating Agreement (the “Agreement) is executed on the date set forth on the signature page hereof and is effective as of January 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Overland Park, Kansas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, and Global Spectrum, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”.
