This is Amendment No. 2 to. 13656, effective July 1, 2020 (as amended from time to time, the “Grant”), between the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Education (“Agency”) and Hillsboro SD 1J (“Grantee”) each a “Party” and together, the “Parties”. This Amendment is effective July 1, 2021 when signed by all Parties and upon receipt of all approvals necessary for signing (“Amendment Effective Date”).
