In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, located at 2101 NASA Parkway, Houston, Texas 77058 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA JSC") and The University of North Carolina at Charlotte located at 9201 University City Blvd, Room 112 Motorsports Research Building, Charlotte, NC 28223-0001 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "UNCC"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
