This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”), dated as of September 4, 2020, and as amended on October 25, 2022, is made and entered into by and among the following Parties: (i) Saul Hymes, Ilana Harwayne-Gidansky, Edgar Fierro, and Joan Lewis (“Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, by and through the undersigned counsel of record; and (ii) Earl Enterprises Holdings, Inc.
