This license agreement between Bay State College (herein after referred to as “Bay State”) and the undersigned individual (herein after referred to as “Client”) sets forth the terms of an agreement made this day between the parties for the provision of housing rental services by Bay State. Client must be over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of moving in and provide an intent letter from internship site. The intent letter must outline the date of Internship for Client and also provide contact information for Internship Supervisor.
