This Commercial Transaction Credit Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions and agreement pursuant to which Relay Payments, Inc. (“Relay”) agrees to make a line of credit (the “Line of Credit”) available to a Relay Product user and its affiliates and subsidiaries (the “Member”, and, together with Relay, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) for the funding of Transactions using the Relay System initiated by the Member pursuant to that Member Services Agreement, Order Form, and any and all other current and future addenda, exhibits, and attachments thereto (collectively, the “MSA”).1
