FiledMay 27th, 2021This form, which may be obtained from MARAD’s underwriting agent or MARAD, is the standard form of under- writing agency agreement applicable with respect to agreements executed by the Maritime Administrator and do- mestic insurance companies authorized to do a marine insurance business in any State of the United States, ap- pointing such companies as Under- writing Agents to issue war risk cargo policies in accordance with the provi- sion of the agreement and this subpart.
