[Scrivener’s Note: This Codified version contains the terms of the Original Trust Agreement dated October 1, 1968, as thereafter codified and restated on October 1, 1999 and again on September 1, 2006. It was officially approved by Resolution No. 2018-85 adopted by the Authority on September 6, 2018 and thereafter re-executed by the parties, effective as of November 7, 2018 (the “Effective Date”). It contains definitive amendments approved in 2013 and 2015, and amendments thereafter that have become effective as of the Effective Date.
