Main Street, Kilmarnock, VA 22482, (“Bank”) for the limited purposes described expressly set forth herein below, and Bank is not otherwise a part of (nor liable for) any of ISO’s obligations hereunder. For purposes of this Agreement and solely for convenience purposes, Bank and ISO may be collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Service Provider”.
