Lake Ridge Bank “(“We”, “Us”, or the “Bank”) has licensed the Service from CashEdge Inc. and is making the Service available to you. This Agreement is between you and the Bank.

CashEdge Inc is a third-party beneficiary to this Agreement and is entitled to the rights and benefits here under and may enforce the provisions hereof as if it were a party hereto.
