Through this agreement, the University of Washington Libraries and the Jackson School for International Studies agree that the Libraries may and will reproduce, archive, and make the following SIS 495 task force report freely available via the Web. Three sets of signatures indicated below are required: by course faculty indicating that the report is complete; by all student authors indicating their agreement to the following terms; and by an authorized Libraries staff member. Please take a moment to read the terms of this license, fill in the information requested; faculty members are asked to provide the form and an electronic (PDF) copy of the completed report to Lauren Dobrovolny, Program Coordinator, International Studies Program (111 Thomson) who will forward them to Ann Lally in the Libraries.
