This Freelance Contract (this "Agreement") is made as of this 29 day of June, 2018, (the “Effective Date”) by and between Tashia Knight located at 706 Pearcy Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 (“Client”) and Maria McKenzie located at 585 Andell Road, Nashville, TN 37206 (“Independent Contractor”). Client and Independent Contractor may each be referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
