This LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 7th day of October, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between Julian Blandino, an individual (“Licensee”) and the City of La Puente, a public body corporate and politic (“City”). Licensee and City are collectively referred to herein as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
