Contract Type FiledNovember 7th, 2016This document outlines the services provided by Avitar Associates of New England (Avitar) to a Municipality (the Municipality) that purchases ongoing Software Support and Maintenance for one or more of Avitar’s software applications (system software or software). The Software Support and Maintenance described herein is provided under a yearly support agreement and is purchased subsequent to the conclusion of the period covered by the terms of the initial purchase and installation of the software. This Software Support and Maintenance Agreement applies to the following applications and their associated modules: Avitar Assessing, Avitar Tax Collect, Avitar Clerk/MV, Avitar Utility Billing, and Avitar Building Permits.
