If you activate the Emergency Service (as defined below) using the on-screen menu in your new vehicle purchased or leased from Kia (the “Vehicle”), you accept and agree to be bound by these User Terms. These User Terms are legally binding between you and Kia Canada Inc. and our affiliates, agents, authorized dealers and Service Providers (collectively, “Kia”, “we” or “us”). Our affiliates, agents, authorized dealers and Service Providers are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
