This document sets forth the Department of the Defense (DoD) Software License Requirements. Licensor’s Software License Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. This document, including the Dassault Systémes SolidWorks Corporation License and Subscription Service Agreement (the “EULA”) attached as Exhibit A constitutes the Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Dassault Systémes SolidWorks Corporation (Licensor) and the DoD. The terms and conditions set out below in these Software License Requirements, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibit A. For clarification in this agreement, Publisher and Licensor are synonymous.
