This mandate may relate to individual transactions, such as the purchase or sale of a specific batch of merchandise, or it can be continuous, covering the sales of all products from the commissioner in a specific area. The commission contract is an instruction without representation, governed by general rules that apply to all mandates (articles 1703-1730), as well as specific rules governing commission contracts (articles 1731-1736).
