This Service Agreement is between Zettai Pty Ltd trading as Assist Plan Managers and the Client (who is a NDIS participant and is aged 18 or above) or their Authorised Representative who is a person who is recognised as the Participant’s Authorised Representative or Plan Nominee by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Zettai Pty Ltd (Assist Plan Managers) is a subsidiary of My Plan Manager.com.au Pty Ltd (trading as My Plan Manager).
