This AppGate Master Agreement (this “MA”) is entered into by and between Cyxtera Cybersecurity, Inc. d/b/a AppGate, a Delaware corporation (“AppGate”), and Customer, and is effective on the Effective Date for this MA. This MA provides the general terms and conditions applicable to Customer’s purchase of products and services (“Products” or “Services”) under a schedule(s) or service schedule(s) at https://www.appgate.com/legal/product-and-service-terms-and- conditions (each, a “Schedule” or “Service Schedule”).
