The Software License Agreement between Evisions LLC, a Nevada company (“Evisions”), and the Licensee identified above consists of (a) this cover sheet; (b) the Terms and Conditions attached to this cover sheet as Exhibit A; and (c) the Order Form attached hereto as Exhibit B and any other mutually agreed upon Order Form or Statement of Work executed by Licensee and Evisions, from time to time, which shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Agreement”). References to a “Party” means Evisions or Licensee, as applicable, and “Parties” means both of the Evisions and Licensee. Unless initialed and agreed to by both Parties, hand written changes will void this agreement.
