Pursuant to Article 18 (4) of the Act on the National Science Centre of 30 April 2010 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1384), hereinafter referred to as the “NCN Act” and the Cooperation Agreement entered into by and between the National Agency for Academic Exchange (the “NAWA”) and the National Science Centre (the “NCN”) on 12 September 2019, the Council of the National Science Centre hereby lays down the terms of the PRELUDIUM BIS call for research projects.
