This Addendum to the Contract is being executed in order to recognize and ensure the obligations of the Board and the Contractor to comply with Connecticut Public Act 16-189. The Contractor recognizes and acknowledges its obligation to so comply and that said obligations commence on July 1, 2019 and end on June 30, 2020, or the date of its execution of the Contract and this Addendum. This Addendum shall be considered a part of and shall be incorporated into the Contract as if fully set forth therein.
