THIS CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is made and entered into this 22nd day of July, 2022 by and between HURON VALLEY SCHOOLS (hereinafter the “School District”), a Michigan general powers School District, whose address is 2390 S. Milford Road, Highland, Michigan 48357, and ReadyOp Communications, Inc. (hereafter the “Contractor”), a Florida company, whose address is, 8000 N Federal Highway, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
