This Lease Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lehi City Corporation, a Utah municipal corporation (hereinafter “Owner”), and Utah Arsenal Futbol Club, a Utah nonprofit corporation (hereinafter “Tenant”). This Agreement shall be binding and effective as of the date the last of the two parties signs the Agreement (hereinafter “Effective Date”).
