The terms in this Data Processing Charter (Charter) are supplementary to and form part of the booking form, terms of service or other agreement between Serco Limited (Serco) and the Customer regarding provision of goods or services by Serco, in its capacity as owner and manager of the International Fire Training Centre (IFTC), (the Agreement).
