This Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective the day of March, 2024, by and between The Alexandria/Pineville Convention and Visitors Bureau, a Louisiana nonprofit Corporation, represented herein by Katy Vanderlick , Executive Director (the “Recipient”); and the Greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority, a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, represented herein by Ms. Angela Varnado, its Executive Director, duly authorized to act herein (“GAEDA”).
