Bath Planet® (“Distributor”) provides this limited product warranty to you, the original consumer purchaser (“Owner”) for Fifteen Years from the date of installation, as long as you own and reside in the house during the fifteen year period at which the Bath Planet® Walk-In Tub is installed. Warranties are available for inspection prior to signing the Contract for Goods and Services.
