This Electronic Services Agreement and Disclosure (the “Agreement”) states the terms and conditions that apply when you access and use Hills Bank Online™ from your computer, tablet, or mobile device that is supported by our system (a “Device”) and/or use Push Button Banker to make payments, transfer funds between qualifying accounts, access accounts, obtain information, view bank statements, and perform other transactions (the “Electronic Services.”). This Agreement also applies to any optional services that can be utilized through Hills Bank Online (collectively, the “Supplemental Electronic Services”). Availability of Supplemental Electronic Services is subject to Hills Bank’s prior written approval and the execution of all applicable additional documents. These terms and conditions are in addition to those that apply to any accounts you have with Hills Bank or any other services you obtain from us. You must also follow all of our instructions and procedures applicable to the service
