FULLNAMEPARTY1 and FULLNAMEPARTY2 have been unable to resolve issues arising from their separation and/or divorce and have chosen this alternative dispute resolution process [“ADR”]. FIRSTNAMEPARTY1 and FIRSTNAMEPARTY2 want to resolve their issues in this mediation/arbitration process, and that there be a final resolution of the legal issues between them by binding arbitration pursuant to the provisions of the Arbitration Act of Alberta, R.S.A. 2000, C.A-43, and any amends [the “Act”] and the laws of the Province of Alberta applicable to the issues in dispute.
