This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by the Metropolitan Regional Service Council on behalf of the Northeast Ohio Network for Educational Technology, referred to as “NEOnet” and the Norton City Schools referred to as “District” and is effective as of the signature date. As the owners of NEOnet, the District agrees that NEOnet will maintain and own the devices for one year from the time of shipment and will process all warranty claims on the devices during that term. At the end of the one-year term the district will be transferred full ownership of the device. This is a requirement of the manufacturer to take advantage of consortium pricing.
