This agreement sets out what Winslow Art Center, LLC (“WAC”) agrees to provide during the workshop and what you agree to do in return. Each participant should print, fill out, sign, and return the agreement in full to WAC with the $600 non-refundable deposit to reserve their place. A separate signed agreement with deposit must be provided for each participant.
