Our Application form along with this form must be completed and returned before a child can be considered for entry into Toad Hall Day Nursery Ltd. Toad Hall will endeavour to ensure that a percentage of places will be reserved for full time children and the remaining sessions will be available for parents requiring part time provision. Part time placements must fit into normal session times. Wherever possible, however, every attempt will be made to meet individual requirements. The minimum number of sessions for part time children is a minimum of 2 full days or 2 nursery days or 4 half days or a mixture. You will receive a letter, subject to availability of sessions, within 7 days of receipt, confirming acceptance of the requested sessions or agreed alternatives. Upon the said letter being sent to you (typically sent by e-mail), this contract will come into effect.
