This Settlement Agreement is made and entered into as of this 30th day of March , 2011 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Legacy Long Distance International, Inc. (hereinafter “Legacy” or “Respondent”) on behalf of itself, its affiliates, and its predecessors in interest, and the Consumer Protection and Safety Division of the California Public Utilities Commission (“CPSD”) (Legacy and CPSD each individually a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties”).
